No. Sessions are adapted to the individual athlete regardless of training background. The starting point is always an accurate picture of where the athlete currently is, not an assumed baseline.
The right fit is determined by the individual rather than the level they currently compete at. What matters most is that they are actively involved in sport or preparing to participate, and are looking for structured physical development to support it.
It is still a coaching session — your child will be active and working. The difference is that it also serves as an introduction, allowing me to observe how they move and gather the context needed to shape coaching going forward. It is more relaxed than a formal test or assessment, but just as informative and beneficial.
No. Coaching takes place within sessions. Independent programming may be discussed at a later stage where appropriate, but it is not a starting point and is not included as standard.
For athletes under 14, yes — a parent or responsible adult must remain at the facility for the duration of each session. A separate seating area is available upstairs. For athletes aged 14 and above this is not a requirement.
