You complete the enquiry form so I can understand where you are now, what you are struggling with, and what level of support is most appropriate.

Consultation 

We talk through your current routine, nutrition history, lifestyle, and coaching needs before anything is agreed.

Onboarding

Once we confirm coaching is the right fit, you complete your onboarding form, agree to the client policy, and make your first payment to secure your place.

Personalised Set Up

Your targets, structure, and starting focus are built around your current reality and the information gathered during onboarding.

Ongoing Coaching

Your check-ins, data, and reflections guide the feedback, adjustments, and next steps throughout.

Progress Reviews

You will work more closely with me, engage actively with the process, and receive support that helps you navigate the habits, decisions, and lifestyle factors that affect your progress.
