MY FITNESS COACHING JOURNEY
From a young age, I was immersed in a variety of sports—skiing, tennis, football, track and field, golf, and dance. Sports were my foundation, teaching me discipline, movement, and passion. However, as I transitioned into my teens and early adult life, I lost touch with that foundation when I fell pregnant. After having my daughter, I realized how much my fitness had declined due to a difficult pregnancy. I experienced firsthand the challenges of weight loss, rebuilding strength, and navigating health and fitness with minimal guidance—especially in the early 2000s. Through this journey, I rediscovered my love for fitness and developed a desire to help others find theirs too. In 2004, I began my career as a fitness coach. Over the past 20 years, I’ve continued to grow and educate myself academically and practically, drawing lessons not only from my studies but also from the incredible clients I’ve worked with along the way. I understand the struggles of confidence, self-image, and weight management because I’ve faced them myself. That’s why I combine fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle changes into a holistic approach tailored to each client’s unique journey. My experience spans a wide range of clients, from coaching strongmen and women to supporting beginners just starting their fitness journeys, and even working with golfers seeking better movement and performance. No matter your goals, the common thread is improvement, and I am here to help you achieve it. With compassion, expertise, and unwavering support, I aim to guide you toward lasting change.
