About Natalie

 

 

Natalie Hanna Fitness is run by a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Golf Fitness Specialist.

My career in fitness began more than two decades ago, and in that time I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Along the way, I’ve seen the struggles people face with fad diets, generic training plans, and a lack of accountability.

 

I founded Natalie Hanna Fitness to provide a different kind of coaching, one that combines personalised training, professional expertise, and ongoing support. My mission is simple: to help people build strength, mobility, and confidence that lasts a lifetime, not just a season.

Now based at the Richard McEvoy Golf Academy in Shoeburyness, Essex.

 

I provide a private training environment with no membership required, helping golfers, athletes, and everyday clients achieve their goals in fitness, performance, and daily life.

i made a change.
