Personal training with Natalie is built on over 20 years certified in the fitness industry, with experience across strength training, conditioning, movement coaching and performance-focused work.
Her coaching combines technical detail with practical application. Sessions are shaped around the person in front of her, with attention to movement quality, confidence, strength, control and progression.
Clients come from different starting points, and the coaching meets them there. The focus is on building training that is structured, progressive and appropriate to the individual.

Before training begins, I take time to understand your health history, lifestyle, occupation, current activity, movement, training experience and goals. That information shapes how your sessions are planned and progressed.
Your sessions are planned around your starting point and progressed over time. The structure may include strength training, mobility, stability, conditioning, movement work and technical coaching depending on what you need.
Sessions are weekly or twice-weekly on an agreed regular slot. The consistency of the schedule supports progression, accountability and a clear rhythm to your training.
Based at the Richard McEvoy Golf Academy, Shoeburyness, Essex. No gym membership required.
How the coaching works
WHAT TO EXPECT
1 / Enquiry and consultation
After you complete the enquiry form, I review your details and arrange a consultation if the service looks suitable. We talk through your health history, goals, training experience, availability and what you want from coaching before confirming the best starting point.
2 / Starting point and session planning
Your training is planned around your health, history, goals and how you move. The exercises, progressions and session structure are developed from that starting point and adjusted as your training progresses.
3 / Ongoing 1-to-1 coaching
Weekly or twice-weekly coaching at a private facility. Every session is coached, with technique guidance, feedback and adjustments throughout. Personal training is paid monthly upfront, with the programme developing as you do.
SESSIONS & PRICING
How Personal Training is structured
Personal training operates on a monthly subscription basis, paid upfront each month. Sessions are usually weekly or twice-weekly, depending on the level of support agreed.
We will discuss your availability and build the coaching rhythm around what is realistic, with the full booking and payment policy provided before starting.
Personal training works best when there is a consistent coaching rhythm, even where session times vary week to week.
1 Session per week
Four sessions per month. Suits clients building a consistent training habit, returning to exercise, or those with complementary training already in place.
Paid monthly subscription
£220 per month
2 Sessions per week
Eight sessions per month. Suits clients who want greater coaching frequency, stronger progression and more structured support across the week.
Paid monthly subscription
£440 per month
Clients looking for 3 Sessions per week, please enquire to discuss availability.
Personal training includes coached in-person sessions, session planning and progression within your agreed monthly coaching structure. Separate home programmes or additional written training plans are not included as standard.
