Dan has been training with me since May 2021 and began nutrition coaching in February 2023. It was when he combined both that his progress truly accelerated.
He’s dropped over 15kg, improved his relationship with food, and built sustainable habits that have supported not only his body composition, also his performance in martial arts.

I’m a 40-something IT manager who spends all day at a desk. Following the lockdown period, I really started to notice my body ached more, I was overweight, and I was suffering both physically and mentally. Natalie was a great find for me. I’d rejoined the gym for the first time since lockdown and I was looking for a PT who could help me start weight training for fitness but also help me gain some confidence as I approached my 50th birthday. Originally I’d planned only to have a PT for a month or two to get me started but ended up working with Nat for 6 months. In this time she taught me how to safely incorporate weights again into my workouts building up slowly and focussing on technique and slowly increasing intensity. In addition Natalie also helped me understand and breakdown some very long-term disordered eating views I held that often caused me to under-eat or bring feelings of guilt for eating “bad” foods. Over 6 months I gained confidence and knowledge in both training and nutrition but also had a really fun time in the sessions. I always looked forward to going to the gym and learnt something new each session. I now attend the gym alone and follow a programme confident that I have good technique and a solid base of strength to build on. Knowing Natalie is there if I need her is great too. I recently started training with Natalie. I hadn’t been to a gym in many years and wanted to understand the basics, how to use the equipment properly, and what kind of training would really benefit me.
Natalie took the time to show me the ropes and designed an excellent golf fitness programme that has improved my confidence both in the gym and out on the course. She is very encouraging and patient, explaining each exercise clearly to make sure I do them correctly.
I now feel comfortable following my plan on my own and I am already looking forward to my follow-up session to learn new exercises and keep progressing.
The main focus when I started with Natalie was to build strength and confidence within the gym and that is most certainly what has been achieved.
I’ve noticed an improvement in my strength and feel I can enter a busy gym even the weight section.
The sessions are always fun and Natalie is easy to talk to so helps when entering the environment of the gym!
