Natalie was a great find for me. I’d rejoined the gym for the first time since lockdown and I was looking for a PT who could help me start weight training for fitness but also help me gain some confidence as I approached my 50th birthday.
Originally I’d planned only to have a PT for a month or two to get me started but ended up working with Nat for 6 months. In this time she taught me how to safely incorporate weights again into my workouts building up slowly and focussing on technique and slowly increasing intensity.
In addition Natalie also helped me understand and breakdown some very long-term disordered eating views I held that often caused me to under-eat or bring feelings of guilt for eating “bad” foods.
Over 6 months I gained confidence and knowledge in both training and nutrition but also had a really fun time in the sessions. I always looked forward to going to the gym and learnt something new each session.
I now attend the gym alone and follow a programme confident that I have good technique and a solid base of strength to build on. Knowing Natalie is there if I need her is great too.
I highly recommend Natalie for anyone looking for a really experienced trainer with an absolute wealth of knowledge of all things fitness, health and nutrition. A superb PT.
