Personal Training + Nutrition Coaching
Structured in-person coaching combined with online nutrition support for clients working towards body composition, health and long-term lifestyle change.
Golf Fitness + Performance Nutrition
Physical preparation combined with sport-specific nutrition support for golfers looking to improve performance, recovery, hydration and fuelling around their game.
It is discussed individually and depends on availability, goals and fit.

Clients who are ready to work consistently
I work with a small number of clients at a time. That is a deliberate choice — it is the only way I can maintain the standard of coaching and attention each person receives.
Most of the people I work with are clear that they want more structure, more accountability and a coaching relationship that progresses over time. They may want to build strength, improve how they move, work on body composition, support their golf, or feel more capable and consistent.
What they have in common is that they are ready to commit to a sustained process and are looking for a long-term coaching relationship.

Coaching built around what I learn about you
Most clients come with a combination of things they want to work on. My role is to make sense of that, then build the structure around it through 1-to-1 coaching, clear standards, progressive programming and habits that hold over time.
Every client starts with a review process appropriate to the service. For in-person coaching, that includes movement, training history and physical goals. For nutrition coaching, it includes lifestyle, habits, tracking, data and long-term goals. The programme is built from what I learn, individually, from that process.
Progress is rarely linear. What matters is consistent structure, a coach paying close attention, and a programme that responds to how you are actually progressing.
Results built over time
Every result here represents consistent work, proper coaching and a client who committed to the process.

Natalie works with a small number of clients at a time so coaching can remain individual, considered and built around the person in front of her.
In-person personal training and golf fitness coaching take place from the gym space at Richard McEvoy Golf Academy in Shoeburyness, Essex.
Online nutrition coaching is available separately for clients who want structured support with nutrition, habits, tracking and long-term progress.

What Is Movement Screening? Why It Matters for Golf Fitness
Before we begin any training, I start with a movement screening to assess how your body moves. This includes looking at your posture, mobility, balance, and coordination to uncover any limitations or imbalances that could affect your golf swing or lead to injury.
Whether you’re brand new to fitness or a competitive golfer, this first step helps me create a plan that’s fully tailored to your needs and keeps your progress safe, structured, and sustainable.
