Based on the client's goals, it is generally recommended to engage in resistance training 2-3 times a week. In my experience, 2 sessions per week for at least a month is beneficial, especially for new clients. This frequency helps in building a strong foundation and achieving noticeable progress. For optimal results, consistency and commitment to the training schedule are key.
My sessions are tailored to your goals and experience level. Every client starts with an assessment so I can understand your movement, strengths, and areas that need support. From there I create a structured plan based on what you want to achieve.
For personal training and golf fitness I work with you 1 to 1 in the gym. Sessions focus on technique, strength, mobility, conditioning, and improving confidence with the exercises you need. You are coached throughout the session so you know exactly what to do and how it should feel.
For nutrition coaching everything is done online. You receive personalised calories and macros, weekly check ins, guidance, and support. I help you stay consistent, build habits, and understand how to fuel your goals.
Whether it is fitness, golf performance, or nutrition, my approach is always personalised, supportive, and structured so you know exactly what you are working on and why.
For clients new to training, noticeable improvements in movement can often be seen within 4 to 6 weeks, while it typically takes around 12 weeks for new habits to form. Clients who attend frequent 1:1 sessions multiple times a week usually experience increased energy and strength within the first few weeks, with significant progress often visible by the 12-week mark. The frequency and duration of training should always be customised to align with each individual’s goals and experience level. Remember, consistency and dedication are crucial for achieving lasting results.
