Why i do not write programmes without coaching. A useful programme needs more than an assessment. I need to see how you move, how you understand the exercises, how well you can execute them, and what comes up once you actually start training. Golf fitness is not just a list of exercises. It is coached, adjusted, and progressed around your body, your movement, and your golf. Programme work starts with an assessment and a minimum period of coached sessions before anything is built for you to follow independently.
Yes. Performance Nutrition is available as a separate enquiry-based service for golfers who want support with fuelling, hydration, recovery, body composition or nutrition around training, practice and competition. This is not included as standard within Golf Fitness Coaching and is discussed individually depending on the client’s needs.
