  • Who are the plans suitable for?
Our plans are suitable for anybody who wants to change their body composition (gain muscle/lose body fat/improve overall health and fitness) You should be willing and open to learn about how to adopt new and healthier habits. For those who are willing to take a slow, steady and sustainable approach. Alot of clients have a variety of goals, wether its sports performance, live longer and stronger. Or feel good for an event. (the latter is actually the least desired goal for most)
  • What if I am not new to macros, and just want accountability & adjustments?
Advanced option. Not recommended for beginners but a great add on for accountability/monthly support & check ins. Macro adjustments if needed. Also if your goal has changed. Not just for fat loss. Programmes can be tailored to your goals. Fat loss, body recomp, muscle gain, maintaining. Sports performance. Or if you have tracking macros down, but your looking to increase health and wellness
  • What does Fully supported include?
Start up guide Macro guide. 1st check in Macro calculations. Goal setting Targets. Weekly check ins with feedback. Additional email support Monthly check ins with Adjustments if needed
  • Do I need to workout & and is this included?
Training plans are not included but recommendations will be given. Dependant on current Activity levels & Goals. For general Health and wellbeing recommendations will be made, how to fit in some movement during your day. For increased fitness and body composition ie fat loss, some exercises maybe recommended.
  • Do i need to track calories?
Yes. Long term goal is to be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle, by learning how much you need to be eating for your goals. This is not aimed to be forever. But the knowledge and habits learned. Our IIFYM (if it fits your macros) plans involve coaching to help you track your food and macro nutrients using apps such as MyFitnessPal. Based on your needs and goals, we tell you your calories and macros for each day and it’s then up to you to plan your own food based on these. You will receive a PDF guide explaining how to do this if you sign up for this option.
  • What if I have any dietary requirements?
I have a vegetarian nutrition guide as an alternative for those who do not consume meat. With my expertise, I work with numerous clients following a vegetarian diet and can offer guidance based on my experience. If you have allergies or specific dietary requirements, feel free to reach out to me for a personalised discussion.
  • What if I don't finish?
Its very rare than clients quit, for some it runs its course. There is no time limit. Some clients work with me for years. Some for a few months.
  • How do the plans Work?
Apon signing up, you will receive your starting guide, and a start date will be set, usually the following week, allowing time to set up (this week is included in your starting price for 1 month). Then you will receive all relevant guides and information. I currently work with google docs. And you dont need any software. Anything recommended to help you towards your goals, is in your starting guide. You have 2 options:
  • Why hire a coach?
Even coaches need coaches. I believe in continued learning, with new approaches, as well as accountability. I have over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and 12+ years of experience working 1-1 with nutrition clients. I still work 1-1 with in-person clients, providing accountability (check-ins), guidance, and feedback, even if goals change. My expertise ensures that you receive the best possible support and results.
  • How do I get started with your programs?
You can sign up via my site, or contact me directly through the chat box, email at nataliehannafitness@outlook.com, or the contact form on the website. We will then schedule a consultation to discuss your goals and create a tailored plan for you. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or offline methods.
  • How long are personal training sessions?
Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes, including warm-up, workout, and cool-down. Every session is tailored to your fitness goals and current fitness level.
  • Do I need to be fit to start personal training?
No! Personal training is for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, your program will be customised to meet your needs and goals.
  • Can I do this if I’m not a golfer?
Absolutely! While we specialise in golf fitness, our programs are for anyone looking to achieve lasting results.
  • What are your prices?
The investment depends on the level of support, coaching, and guidance that best suits your needs. Every client has different goals, whether it’s golf performance, personal training, or nutrition coaching, so pricing is tailored to the right plan for you. During a consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and the best approach to help you succeed. This ensures you get a high-value, results-driven programme designed specifically for you. To explore your options and find the best fit, book a consultation through our website or contact us directly at nataliehannafitness@outlook.com. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or offline methods.
  • Do I need to be a member of the gym?
1-1 sessions with me at the Academy, you do not need to be a member.
  • How often should I have 1-1 personal training sessions?
Based on the client's goals, it is generally recommended to engage in resistance training 2-3 times a week. In my experience, 2 sessions per week for at least a month is beneficial, especially for new clients. This frequency helps in building a strong foundation and achieving noticeable progress. For optimal results, consistency and commitment to the training schedule are key.
  • I feel quite anxious about using a gym.
Training with me in a private and professional environment, no crowds, no distractions. With my expertise, 90% of my clients approach me for guidance when starting their gym journey, relying on my assistance to boost their confidence. Witnessing their progress and seeing their confidence grow is incredibly rewarding. Whether they are beginners or seasoned athletes, my goal is to empower them to push past their limits and discover their true potential.
  • How long does it take to see results from personal training?
For clients new to training, noticeable improvements in movement can often be seen within 4 to 6 weeks, while it typically takes around 12 weeks for new habits to form. Clients who attend frequent 1:1 sessions multiple times a week usually experience increased energy and strength within the first few weeks, with significant progress often visible by the 12-week mark. The frequency and duration of training should always be customised to align with each individual’s goals and experience level. Remember, consistency and dedication are crucial for achieving lasting results.
